Does evolution keep level and traits?
A creator says level and passive traits carry over. No before-and-after recording confirms letter stat grades, so do not spend Juice on a grade before evolving.

At a 5% rate, about 7.7% of players would still see no Lich after 50 portals. A dry streak does not change the next portal.
